| Person of interest sought in connection with homicide of man outside Astro Liquors COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Officials have identified the second homicide victim in Colorado Springs this year. Police say 35-year-old Shawnee Tapia of Colorado Springs was fatally shot on Sunday, Jan. 7 around 8 p.m. outside Astro Liquors at S. Academy Boulevard and Astrozon Boulevard.
